Our vision is to end extreme poverty in our lifetime through innovative and holistic solutions that empower communities to escape extreme poverty. The Millennium Villages Project, our flagship initiative, is underway in 80 villages across ten countries reaching close to 500,000 people. In a fully integrated approach we support agriculture, education, health, business development and infrastructure.

- GoodAdds is funded wholly by our founding sponsor, General Electric. With help from our sponsor, GE, 100% of your donation goes straight to the cause.

Questions About Making Donations
- 1. How does Millennium Promise choose which projects feature on GoodAdds?
- Millennium Promise has listed projects on the GoodAdds platform that have high priority in each Millennium Village community. Teams are standing ready to put the projects into action, spurred on by your donation.
- 2. Where does my donation actually go?
- Millennium Promise is committed to being completely transparent in how your donation will be used. We plan to use your donation to fund the specific village project you have selected. However, since the programs are located in highly vulnerable areas, we do reserve the right to re-direct your donation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- 2. What happens if a project is not fully funded?
- GoodAdds will keep a project live until is has reached its funding goal. In the rare case that a project does not reach its funding goal, the donations will be returned to the donors in the form of a gift certificate.
- 3. How do I know that my donation is secure?
- GoodAdds uses 128-Bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard, to encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address. In addition, DonorsChoose.org does not store your credit card information after your transaction has been completed.
- 4. Is my donation tax deductible?
- Yes. All donations will go directly to Millennium Promise who is a 501(c)3 charity incorporated in the State of New York. Millennium Promise’s EIN# is 20-3042135. You will receive a gift receipt via email that can be used for your tax records.
- 5. I have not received a tax receipt for my donation. Can I have another one sent to me?
- To ensure that you receive our system-generated donation-related emails, please make sure to add no-reply@goodadds.org to your "safe list." To receive another copy of your receipt, please Contact Us.
- 6. Is there a minimum donation?
- Yes. There is a minimum donation amount of $10.
- 7. What options do I have to pay?
- At this time you can pay only using a credit card.
- 8. Can I make an anonymous donation?
- Yes. Anonymity is an option you can select within the payment processing form.
- 9. How do automatic monthly donations work?
- You are registering with GoodAdds when you make a donation. That way, we can keep you up to date on other causes as they start to join our network. GoodAdds adheres to the following Privacy Policy.
